I was privileged enough to complete my six-month mentor-apprentice program with Film Connection 6 years ago and it was THE best decision I have made…. ever. What I learned prepared me for work in movies. It also taught me such things as spotting and making minor repairs. I have just begun my mentor-apprentice program with Film Connection and I have to say that so far I am extremely pleased with my decision. I’m about to complete my mentor-apprentice program with Film Connection and I have to say that it was well worth it. Thanks to the professional training I received from Film Connection I have managed to carve myself a career making short films and commercials in and around the Mid West. I work on a freelance basis and thanks to the contacts I made during my program I have a large and loyal client base.
