Thank you film connection for helping me start in this fantastic industry. They immediately got me working as a foley artist on a couple of New York Television projects. The experience I gained was invaluable and this was only just the beginning. Within weeks I was doing solo projects for the sound department. This was truly a dream come true. I still have 6 weeks to go on my program and I hope to get a full time job locally in New York, my mentor is confident that I will get a suitable position. Thanks again www.filmconnection.com for helping me.

I just wanted to thanks to film connection for making it possible for me to play a part in an industry I have admired ever since I was a child. Being able to work on a real movie set had always been a big dream of mine, an thanks to them it is now a reality. I am concentrating on my chosen field, which I sound design, and thanks to my mentor I am learning all I will need to get me working. I am also meeting many of his business associates and colleagues. I am hopeful that I will find gainful employment at the end of my course. I’m just so glad that I have had the opportunity to take part in this program and l recommend it to anyone wishing to work in this industry. Thank you again www.filmconnection.com for helping me.

I just wanted to say thank you film connection for all that you have done for my son Martin. Two months ago he started on his mentor/ apprentice program and it has given him new purpose. He had always drifted through life with no sense of direction until he began the course. He has always had an interest in film making; now it is being channeled in the right direction. Thank you www.filmconnection.com for helping my son.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to film connection and especially to Martin, my mentor. Without their help and assistance there is no way I would be competent enough to work in this ultra competitive industry. Martin is teaching everything I will need to know in order to hopefully be a success in this business. I still have a long way to go, but I feel more and more confident in my actions. Thank you www.filmconnection.com .

I just wanted to say thank you to film connection for giving me the experience and confidence to work in the movie industry. During my 6 month course I was taught every aspect of film making, with an emphasis on cinematography (my chosen route) I was working almost immediately as part of a crew on an actual working set. I found this the best way to learn everything there was to learn about cinematography, including all those tiny little trade secrets that you will never learn from behind the desk in a classroom. I have now started working for a studio in North Carolina. Thank you www.filmconnection.com .

I studied film at my High School and when I graduated my teacher advised me to look up film connection. He told me that they had a really good curriculum that would be tailored to fit me. I gave them a call and had an interview with the head of recruiting. Then I had a meeting with the person who would be assigned as my mentor. Both meetings went very well, they answered all my questions and provided lots of information. They even provide their own in house finance deals with low payment, which suited me, and my parents. I will begin my course in 2 weeks and I am very much looking forward to starting. Thanks again www.filmconnection.com.
